Andrea Airale is an engineer, graduated in Automotive Engineering in 2011. In 2014 he earned a PhD in Mechanics at Politecnico di Torino. He has over 15 years of experience in advanced engineering and in the development of technological solutions for the automotive sector, e-mobility, and complex systems. He currently serves as Board Member, Commercial Director and Head of Strategic Development at BEOND, an engineering consultancy company with a strong innovation focus, specializing in numerical simulation, testing, battery development, and electrified systems. Throughout his career, he has led and coordinated regional, ministerial and EU R&D projects for OEMs and industrial companies, gaining solid experience in technical team management, new product development, and process innovation.
